If you have been following me you know that lately I’ve been learning how to bake. Anywhere from cakes, to whoopie pies, to using fondant, and now CUPCAKES! Who doesn’t love cupcakes? I decided to finally make something for the chocolate lovers. Now I have this issue of following directions, I almost never do it. The recipe that I somewhat followed is from this website. Now, the part about the egg in the cream cheese filling, I added that to the batter instead. I also added A LOT less sugar. I don’t know what it is about all of the recipes I find but they always want to put so much sugar into the recipe. The cream cheese frosting was actually left overs from the last two cream cheese fillings I used that are found here and here. These are best served warm because everything is in it’s melted gooey form, but they are also great served cold.
