The holiday season is here in full swing!  How many of you have put your health on the
backburner or just can’t seem to find the time to do anything?  Trust me when I say I know exactly how you
feel!  However, I have some ideas that
will help you out especially this time of year. 
You need to realize that your health has to be priority at all
times.  Getting sick around the holidays
or feeling sluggish because you don’t have the correct nutrients in your body
is the worst.  This is why I make sure to

fruits, these will fuel your body to keep going and will curve your cravings in
between meals.
Healthy Alternatives
There are so many healthier alternatives to my favorite
foods out there, along with I’m sure some of yours.  Also, it takes 524 burpees to burn off a
large fries.  Just remember that haha.

Ok, so now that I gave you some tips about your health let
me give you some tips about time management and organizing yourself around
these hectic times.
Planner
I think I would not be able to function without my planner.  I usually get the planners that have the full
month calendar followed by the daily calendar that has room for me to write
things.  This is where I plan out my
blog, and my online health and wellness coaching.  This way I have everything all in one spot
and am able to refer back whenever I need to. 
I use the month calendar to add events, appointments, bill due dates,
date nights, days off, etc.  This is
literally my life line.  If I don’t have
it I tend to get nervous haha!
Post It’s
I LOVE POST IT’S! 
These are my favorite, especially if they are different colors because I
love neon and they are so easy to put a quick reminder somewhere. 
Tabs
I use these in my notebook and I’ll even write on the tab if
it’s something I know I’ll forget but is important.  Plus, they come off so easily.
Lists
I love lists.  I love
crossing things off lists.  This keeps me
organized and then I’ll make an entirely new list and start all over again.
