Keto Friendly Recipe: Lasagna and a Linkup

Health and Fitness Linkup

I had to delete the previous recipe.  I did credit the original blog/author of the recipe and stated that it was not mine in the very first sentence, however this was not enough so I’ve deleted it all.  I’ve done my research on copyright infringement and I did nothing wrong, however I removed it just because I don’t like upsetting people, and to be honest, it’s really not a big deal for me to remove it.  Meanwhile I’m dealing with someone stealing 3 of my copyrighted photos and using it to sell their items with no link back to my blog or any compensation to me for using my photos!  BUT, that’s a story for another day.  Since I was so excited to share the previous recipe that I found (and was actually proud I was able make their recipe that’s why I shared it to begin with), I’ve decided that for this updated post I wanted to link other keto friendly lasagna’s because it was pretty darn good and I want people to know that eating keto is delicious if your body can actually go on a keto diet.

My Italian husband would definitely give me the eye roll if I suggested this to him; however, I bet he’d like it because it sounds fabulous!!
Maybe I’ll make it and not tell him….

My fiance is Italian and he said it was pretty good. It’s obviously not his dad’s sauce, but not bad for something diet friendly. He hates anything that has the word diet in front of it hahahaha!

Well first off, the new blog design looks great and congrats on moving the whole thing yourself. WOW! I paid someone to do that for me, so I’m super impressed. Now for the lasagna. I’m really intrigued about making the noodles. Honestly it seems genius. I mean a noodle made out of cream cheese??? How bad could it be? In fact, I bet it’s awesome. I’ve also never heard of mixing cheese in the sauce and that’s a pretty cool idea too. So basically I’m thinking I should give my own version of this a try. Isn’t that the best part about cooking. Making something your own. Thanks for the inspo! XO (and now I’m starving after reading all of this…LOL)

Thanks girl. Yea, it took a while to switch it over, but I did it. It was SOOOOOO stressful haha. My anxiety was through the roof. As for the recipe, it’s really good. I can definitely switch up a few things based off of my taste buds, but this one was pretty good.

I just heard about the Keto diet, and I’m not sold yet. But it sounds like it may be worth it if Lasagna is involved. 😉

I’m doing it for health purposes so that’s why I am testing it out. There are so many great recipes out there too! Tacos are great along with Fathead pizza. So yummy!
