Over the weekend the fiance and I decided to go to Newark to Branch Brook Park. We normally don’t venture off to Newark, but we figured going to see the Cherry Blossoms with a bunch of other tourists would be safe haha. The cherry blossom trees were gorgeous! It’s not like I haven’t seen them before, but seeing them reminds me that spring is soooooo close. It’s been really cold here in NJ and this weekend it warmed up a bit, so I’m hoping warm weather is upon us!
I wore these pants because I haven’t worn them yet due to the weather and I thought going to see the cherry blossoms would be a good enough reason to wear them. I got them on sale at Old Navy and figured they would be the perfect spring/summer pants for work, or even outside of work. They also scream spring. I’m sorry that most of my posts have been somewhat short lately, but I’ve been really busy at the new job so the last thing I want to do when I get home is blog. I know that sounds horrible because this is my happy place, but I’ve been mentally burnt out. I basically come home, snuggle with my pups and fiance, eat something and go to bed. Hopefully within the next few weeks I’ll be back to normal.
