Y’all, it is almost Christmas time! I’m so incredibly sad though, because this is the last set of photos I have with my mom, and I won’t be home for Christmas. This is the first Christmas that I won’t be home with my family, and I’m not going to lie, it’s really hard to even think about that. I mean, I’ll have my fiance and my pups, but I’m so used to the tradition of Christmas Eve at my parents house where I get to eat and open presents with all of them and be able to give presents. This year it’s not personal and I had to ship all of the presents to my family. It just feels strange to do that. Am I the only one who thinks this way?
I’m hoping that one day my parents move closer so that it’s easier around the holidays. Especially around Christmas, because that’s my mom’s favorite holiday. She told me she will eventually turn my old bedroom in their house into her Christmas room! This is our Who Wore it Better Christmas outfit. Make sure to join us for the weekly linkup below!

These skirts are so gorgeous and you have both styled them brilliantly! And I love how happy you both are in these photos. I am so sorry that Christmas is making you feel a little sad. The holidays will do that especially with the dramatic changes over the past year with your move. But you will find a new normal and make new traditions. And your mom and dad will probably move to Florida soon anyway! LOL

A www this beautiful and so fun! Love everyone’s big smile and of course, the pleated skirts. Btw, I am sorry to hear that you won’t be able to celebrate Christmas with your family this year. It is hard and I can relate since my hubby and I moved away from family and friends several years ago. Now that I have my own kiddo, it’s even harder emotionally because I want him to know and grow up being surrounded by family but sadly, the reality is its been a challenge. I hope your week is going well so far and happy Wednesday!

It looks great on both of you, such pretty color, perfect for the holidays. And really loving your lace up boots! The holidays are always the hardest when not living close to family. It get easier with time, but hopefully your parents will be able to move closer to where you live.
