MATERNITY TWO PIECE & A WARDROBE MALFUNCTION
Today’s outfit is my newest favorite maternity two piece. I really stepped out of my comfort zone with this two piece because the top is a bit of a crop top. However, what I didn’t notice until after I changed and took my makeup off, was that I had a bit of a wardrobe malfunction in this entire outfit. Apparently I didn’t pull the top down enough, and you can see my bra in EVERY. SINGLE. PICTURE. But you know what? That’s ok, I’m uploading this outfit anyway because I felt super cute in it and this is real life.

APPROACHING THE THIRD TRIMESTER
This coming Sunday will officially mark the third trimester starting. It’s becoming so surreal that in just a few short months, we’ll have a little bebe in our household. This past Sunday we started planning a little bit. We went into my Youtube studio and decided where we are putting all of the baby furniture. I did request a rocking chair though, so that I can rock the baby to sleep if I need to. Then we decided that for the time being we will be putting my Youtube studio in our bedroom.
It won’t really be much of a studio at all because I’m only using one small corner. However, it’s better than nothing. I’ll be looking for ring lights because my big box lights won’t work in our bedroom so if anyone has any suggestions on ring lights, let me know! A post with the updated space will be coming to the blog once it happens. We’re also going to be doing a full blown deep clean, as we’re calling it, of the entire house. That way I can be more organized before bebe gets here.

THE BELLY IS MAKING ME ENTERTAINING
My feet have started swelling and been very sore at the end of the day. In addition, I cannot do my own pedicure anymore because the belly gets in the way haha. I’m sure it would be very entertaining to watch me try and paint my toes. The last time I tried to paint my toes, I got nail polish all over my toes. Within the next few weeks I’ll go get a pedicure because I need a good massage. Maybe I’ll get a few before the bebe is here because just thinking about having my feet massaged is making my feet happy.
Other than that, trying to pick things up and making noises every time I do it has made my husband laugh. He tries to help me, and has even had to tie my shoes, or take my shoes off for me, but I’ve been trying to do as much as I can on my own. I’m sure he finds it very entertaining though.

THE LOVELY WARDROBE MALFUNCTION
At first, I wasn’t going to post these outfit photos. I wanted to retake them. Then I thought about it and realized, this is real life. This is what happens to me all the time. All of the pretty pictures I post, they are thought out (believe it or not haha) and I usually look at the photos after we take them before I change. This time around, I wanted to take them as fast as possible because it was really hot outside and being pregnant when it’s this hot after working in the heat all week, it gets exhausting and uncomfortable. It was my mistake not to look at the pictures ahead of time, but oh well. I’m sure there will be plenty of wardrobe malfunctions in the future with the bebe on the way.

SUCH AN AWKWARD INTERACTION
The other day I had the weirdest interaction with a customer regarding the size of my belly. This man came in for an oil change, and his car was on it’s last leg. It was struggling for sure, I felt bad for him at first because just by looking at the leaks, and hearing the sounds it was making, it was going to be a pricey repair.
Of course I told him multiple times he has to either wait in the office or in his car because we can’t have customers walking around the shop. It’s a liability, and god forbid someone falls and severely hurts themselves. Trust me, there’s a lot people can hurt themselves on here, not to mention the floor is concrete. For whatever reason, men hate it when I tell them to go sit inside. Maybe it’s an ego thing because I’m a woman in an auto shop?
Anyway, that’s besides the point. This man made a moaning sound then said mmmm, looked at me all weird and just asked, “pregnant?” I felt so awkward and replied with yes, I’m pregnant. He then said you’re definitely 19 weeks, I can tell these things. No sir, when I got that comment I was 26 weeks. That is a huge difference. However, why do people think it’s ok to just say that?
Each pregnancy is different. My mom told me that with me, she didn’t start showing until very late in the pregnancy, whereas with my brother she started showing earlier. When I look online at other women who are at the same point in pregnancy as me, we’re all different sizes. I hate to complain all the time, but it’s just so awkward. It made me feel so uncomfortable (who moans before they ask if someone’s pregnant, maybe it’s his fetish?) that I just left the office and hung out in the shop until it was time to ring this customer up.

Monica, this outfit is so stinking cute! Even with your bra sticking out! Haha. I hear you on those wardrobe malfunctions and I applaud you for sharing the real life stuff! I am dying over the pregnancy fetish guy! Yes, he clearly did have a fetish. My hubs is a big fan of pregnancy but he would only politely comment that you look fabulous (without the moaning)! Hahaha. Fun post, my friend!

Thanks so much! I figured this is my life now, so might as well show it for what it really is haha. I’m not the first to have a wardrobe malfunction, nor the last haha. I’m not fetish shaming or anything, but that dude creeped me the eff out haha. Who moans before that?! I’m shocked he didn’t lick his lips too hahahaha.
