Step 1: Apply Sally Hansen Maximum Shield base coat
Step 2: Apply Salley Hansen in white.
Step 3: Apply the above colors to a makeup sponge like I have done so above.
Step 4: Press the makeup sponge onto your nails and you can dab a little bit afterwards as well.
Step 5: Apply a few coats with the makeup sponge.
Step 6: Take nail polish remover and carefully remove around your nail/on your skin.
Step 7: Use a black nail art pen/polish with a thin needle to make the island you see below.
Step 8: Apply OPI Top Coat and you are finished!
