ADDJ Sunglass Chain Review and a Linkup

Well, it’s back to school for so many people over the past few weeks all over the country, and it looks like this week was BTS for my Jersey friends.  I just wanted to wish y’all a happy BTS!  I know some moms are excited and some are sad because it’s the first year.  I used to love this time, not because I was going back to school, but because my mom would take me shopping for new clothes and I lived for new clothes.  I’ve been really scarce with buying clothing and I’ve noticed that I have a lot of similar clothes.  Pink ripped jeans and black tops haha.  That’s become my thing over the past few weeks.  However, because we live in Florida I can’t even think about buying fall clothes yet because it’s still hot!

With that being said, if you see a bunch of summer clothes over the next few weeks, or clothes that are more of transitional pieces, that’s why.  It’s just too gosh darn hot.  However, I did want to talk about these sunglass chains that I received as a review from ADDJ.  I first saw them on my girl’s (Ruth) instagram (which btw girl, you’ve been killin’ it on the gram) and thought they were super cute.  Then ADDJ contacted me to review some pieces.  I loveddddd the shell chain only because, well, I live in Florida now, and I’m living that islandy life now.  I love that I can add the chain to my aviators because I tend to wear my hair up a lot or I put a lot of hairspray in it so the glasses get stuck all the time.  This is a great way to keep them on me, without having to worry about where I’m going to put them or worrying about if I’m going to break them.

I also wanted to take a quick moment and say that if I’ve been absent lately or not responding, I’m not ignoring anyone.  Last week I went to see my neurologist (I obviously had to get a new one with moving to Florida) and she’s willing to experiment.  Currently we are trying to switch up a few things and she told me to keep taking the CBD Oil (which if you didn’t know, that was one of the businesses that we opened in Florida).  I’m documenting the whole experience, but with these changes I’ve been trying to stay relaxed and calm.  So, I do apologize, but I need to take care of myself first before anything else.

    Monica, I am loving this cute outfit with the pink pants and white jacket! I seriously can’t live without my sunglass necklace. I use a LaLoop one which has the circle piece that you hang your glasses by one arm. Especially since I wear regular glasses, it makes it easy to switch back and forth between my sunglasses and regular glasses. I just started giving my son CBD oil for his anxiety and sleep issues. It hasn’t done much for the sleep problems yet, but we have only been using it for a few days. I am hoping with extended use, we will see some improvements. Please take care of yourself, my friend!

      I’ll have to take a look at LaLoop. My mom wears glasses and she’s always looking through her purse for them when she’s out. Give the CBD Oil about 1-1.5 weeks. It took me 1.5 weeks to fully see any improvement. Everyone is different, some people feel it instantly, others it takes a while. Depending on the mg dosage, I’m not sure how big/small he is the dosage might be low too. I’m planning on eventually writing a post about it haha

    Such a cute look, love how the white jean jacket pairs with the pink jeans and the glasses chain looks fantastic as well. I may need to get one of those for my daughter’s regular glasses for use during her dance lessons.

    I hear ya Monica! I have been doing my best not to buy any new clothing. Aside from being peer pressured on IG, my lifestyle can’t really support new clothes all the time regardless of season. I saw these eyeglass holder on IG on Ruth too and I was intrigued as well. I always have my sunnies with me and instead of putting it in a nice case, I let it sit on my head which my optician friend told me is a no-no. This will help solve my problem!
