20 STYLISH FALL OUTFITS
Fall is right around the corner which is why I wanted to share 20 Stylish Fall Outfits in today’s post. These are outfits that I’ve worn over the years, that are still wearable today. One thing I’m happy about is not being pregnant during the NJ winter. I couldn’t imagine being as pregnant as I currently am (32 weeks) and having to wear layers. I absolutely love fall fashion, but I just can’t imagine being pregnant during a NJ fall season.
PLAID PANTS
Plaid has been a go to of mine when it comes to fall outfits. I just love plaid in general, especially buffalo plaid and if it’s a red and black plaid. These pants from Hot Topic are stretchy, so they are perfect. I tend to go with stretchy clothing because my weight fluctuates a lot, especially during the fall and holiday season.
LONG SWEATERS
I love a good long and slouchy sweater. It’s perfect when it comes to fall outfits because it’s comfortable, warm, and chic. Plus, when you wear something slouchy, if you eat a little too much Halloween candy, or too much Turkey at Thanksgiving dinner, you can hide it.

BLACK PANTS
Black pants are great all year round, but especially in the colder months. You can never have too many black pants, and they’re flattering on every shape and every size. Of course, just like my plaid pants, all of my black pants are stretchy as well.

TRANSITIONAL DRESSES
The above two dresses are great transitional dresses. I’ve worn both of them during all different seasons. I’ve also had them for quite some time. The colors are a great neutral which is why they’re able to be worn so many different ways. Since it doesn’t get very cold where we live here in Florida, I’ve only worn boots a handful of times so far. I’m usually wearing flats or sneakers with my outfits.

LEGGINGS
You cannot talk about fall outfits or fall fashion, and NOT talk about leggings. I know some people will call me basic for still wearing leggings, and that’s fine. I’ll wear that name proudly, if it means I can continue to wear my comfy leggings. I know that leggings won’t be around forever, but I hope they stick around for just a little while longer. It’s so easy to create an outfit that includes leggings.

SWEATERS AND SKIRTS
I love dresses and skirts, but I love pairing them with sweaters during the fall season. It’s just so comfortable. Not to mention, you can look chic, and stay warm in the colder months. I also love wearing maxi skirts in the fall time because it covers more of my legs so I can get away with not having to wear tights. As super cute as tights are, they can get uncomfortable at times.

TEDDY COATS
These were all the rage a few years back and I fell in love with the trend! I still wear my teddy coats on the days where it does hit the 30’s here in Florida. That doesn’t happen very often, but when it does you’ll see me taking advantage of that weather. The teddy coats I have are super comfy and they were decently priced.

PANTYHOSE
Another trend that has to get a mention with fall outfits are pantyhose. I personally don’t wear them that often, but when I do, I prefer fun ones. Sometimes I’ll wear black ones as well, but I love fishnet and ones that have polka dots. I’m not sure if anyone else runs into this issue with tights or if it’s because I’m tall and bottom heavy, but I always have an issue with tights. They always sag a little bit in the front so I’m always pulling them up. Let me know if anyone else ever has this issue!
THIGH HIGH BOOTS
I will always be a sucker for thigh high boots. Tall boots, especially when they’re slouchy ones, look so flattering. Wearing thigh high boots just makes me feel confident and sexy. Does anyone else feel this way? I’m linking some of my favorite boots for this fall season.
20 STYLISH FALL OUTFITS: IN CONCLUSION
Hopefully this post can be helpful in deciding what to wear this fall season. I won’t be able to wear some of these pieces for quite some time because it’s still very warm here in Florida. It doesn’t get colder until November’ish and even then it’s hit or miss. That’s why I wanted to share some fall outfits today since my looks will still be geared more towards warmer weather for the next couple of months. Happy shopping!
