Well, it’s almost Halloween! Today I decided that I wanted throw it back to some of my past Halloween looks here on my blog since it’s been so many years of celebrating here. Next week I’ll have my final Halloween look, and I’m so excited about it because it’s a look I’ve been wanting to do for years, but never had the chance. Here are some of my past looks, along with the linkup!
This minion post was one of my favorites a few years back. I sometimes forget what I looked like with this super blonde hair. I know a lot of people are annoyed at minions by now, but I think they’re so adorable.
Dr. Who has been a favorite show of mine for a bit now, and I feel like I really showcased that with this Halloween look.
Wednesday Addams is iconic when it comes to all things Halloween and dark kind of.
Breakfast at Tiffany’s is one of my favorite classic movies besides The Wizard of Oz and Some Like it Hot. That is why I wanted to dress up as Audrey Hepburn in this post.
Coachella is something that so many people have gone to, and this was my attempt at a festival outfit LOL!
Ohhhhh this is one of my favorite looks that I’ve done for Halloween in the past. Cruela deVil is obviously who I’m trying to be here. However, when I say “bring me those puppies” it’s so that I can snuggle and get bombarded with doggy kisses.
This was a little spin on Cat Woman. I worked with what I had and just bought that little mask.
I grew up on Mary Poppins, and I even went to the movies with my mom, and future mother in law to see the newest Mary Poppins.
I love Stranger Things, and just recently I added even more Stranger Things inspired looks.
I was introduced to the band called Die Antwoord by my fiance. I have to say, they are one of my favorites, which is why I wanted to try to dress up like Yolandi!
This was taken from my Instagram, but it’s from an old makeup tutorial. The next two are also from my Instagram.
This is also from another old makeup tutorial.
I posted this on Instagram the other day, however it is from an old Britney Spears costume that I made myself and I absolutely loved it so much. #freebritney
Ok, this was such a fun tutorial to make, but the video I made for it was so ridiculous haha! There’s a specific way that I made the scaley look, but I’ll let you click on that video to be entertaining.
I think we all know who I was supposed to be here, so I’ll just leave the link to the post because I loved making this look.
Being a scarecrow is super easy to do, but I wanted to do it for this post.
Las year, my friend Shelbee on the Edge and I did a Halloween look for our “Your Own Twist Linkup.” We didn’t plan out our looks, but we both ended up with Unicorn heads haha!
Anyway, thank you so much for taking a walk down memory lane with me during my favorite holiday season. Now, let’s move on to the linkup!

Monica, this was so fun to see all your past Halloween costumes. I love the minion and the scarecrow and of course the unicorn! But they are all so great! I want to do a sexy Jedi costume this year. So I need to get on that! I have it all planned out, but it won’t stop raining! Happy Halloween!

These costumes are so fun!! I loved scrolling through all of them. Part of me has always wanted to be a costume designer as I love the creativity that goes into creating a costume. Although, I have to admit, I don’t have anything planned for this year… I haven’t really been feeling it, but this post makes me want to come up with something last-minute!
